  1. Watch the first webinar.
  2. Practice regularly to make the skills yours.
  3. Listen to the guided practice or watch the whole webinar more than once.
  4. Tracking your practice can be helpful.
  5. Take the time that is right for you.
  6. It might take a week or more of practice to feel significant results.

Lessons will be added monthly, building a basic series; grow your skills with each new webinar.

Log how long you practices and make notes. Some days will be better than others, but overall you will progress!
